* Passenger categories include adult, child, student, senior, military, and infant. All transaction fees are non-refundable and may change at any time. If a booking is cancelled, the transaction fee remains non-refundable.

• Online holiday package service fees may reach up to £50 per person
• First-class and business-class booking fees may reach up to £200 per passenger
• Open-jaw and multi-city itineraries may incur up to £100 per passenger
• Bookings from high-fraud-risk cities may incur up to £40 per passenger
• Alternative dates or nearby airport options may incur up to £55 per passenger
• Unaccompanied minor ticket fees may reach up to £100 per passenger

Service Fees for Contact Centre Bookings:

Bookings made via our contact centre may incur higher service fees compared to online bookings. This may include multi-stop or international itineraries. Depending on the booking type, fees may range from £15 to £250 (or up to £125 for senior citizens).
